Stop the DOJ: Hands Off Our Healthcare!

On May 7, 2026, the Trump administration's Department of Justice issued a grand jury subpoena to NYU Langone Health — demanding the private medical records of transgender youth patients and the names of their doctors.

This is the first known subpoena for a criminal investigation targeting a healthcare institution for providing this medically necessary care. Nobody should have to live in fear of their private medical records being turned over to politicians looking to harm them and their families.

We will not stand by while the federal government criminalizes compassionate care and invades the privacy of our families.
