Defend the SPLC and our civil rights

For over 55 years, the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) has confronted the ugliest parts of our country and its history head-on: exposing the Ku Klux Klan, neo-Nazis, and other violent extremists who threaten our multiracial democracy.

Now, the Trump Administration is painting a target on their back with sham criminal charges.

Common Cause is demanding the DOJ drop this baseless case against the SPLC, urging the Senate Judiciary Committee to conduct strong oversight, and calling on members of Congress to do everything in their power to hold this administration accountable for this attack.
