Pass the Equality Act

The Equality Act has been reintroduced in Congress, and we need supporters to demand their Senators and Representatives take a stand on the right side of history and support this landmark civil rights legislation.

The Equality Act is critical for our community. It would secure federal protections against discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity in housing, employment, education, and public places nationwide. The bill also expands protections for women and people of color.

It’s time to pass the Equality Act. Show your support for LGBTQ+ equality and add your name to Human Rights Campaign’s petition in support of the Equality Act.
