102825 Tell Congress: Release The Epstein Files Now

New lawsuits against Bank of America and Bank of New York Mellon reveal how major financial institutions allegedly enabled Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking operation—choosing profit over protecting victims.

Congress promised to release investigative files. They still haven't delivered.

While survivors continue seeking justice, both Congress and the Trump administration have failed to follow through on promises to release critical documents that could expose the full scope of Epstein's crimes and those who enabled them.

Congress shouldn't need lawsuits to do the right thing. Sign the petition to urge Congress to release the Epstein files now.

What these lawsuits reveal:

  • Banks allegedly had detailed information about Epstein's trafficking but looked the other way

  • Financial institutions provided legitimacy for his crimes under the guise of normal business

  • The discovery process could finally reveal information authorities have withheld

The stalling must end. Political jockeying and justice department foot-dragging have gone on long enough.
